Set Up Windows 11 for Pure Audio Streaming

To use Pure Audio Streaming on a Windows 11 computer, your system must be correctly configured for HDMI playback to an AV receiver. Proper settings ensure optimal audio format selection depending on your listening setup and connected hardware.

1. Connect your PC Computer to an AVR that supports AURO-3D over HDMI.
2. Go to your Windows System settings and open Control Panel.
3. In Control Panel select Sound settings and select your HDMI connected device.
4. In Sound settings select the Configure button (lower left) and select:
   • 5.1 for surround
   • 7.1 for 7.1 and above
5. In Sound settings window select Properties.
6. Under Advanced tab select the correct sample rate that matches the content.
   • 24 bit / 48 kHz for most immersive sound.
7. Check that your level is at 100 in the Levels panel.
